Abstrak

In the current era of globalization, secretariats must enhance accountability and
transparency. Accountability involves the responsibility to manage resources and report
organizational activities to the public. Factors influencing accountability include financial
performance, service quality, and professional training. Effective financial management
and high service quality are crucial for meeting public expectations and achieving
organizational goals. This study aims to examine the impact of financial performance,
service quality, and professional training on employee accountability at the Regional
Secretariat of Sragen Regency. The research utilizes a quantitative approach, collecting
data through surveys and analyzing the relationships between these variables. By
understanding these factors, the study seeks to provide insights into improving public
sector performance and transparency. The findings indicate that financial performance,
service quality, and professional training significantly affect employee accountability.
Enhanced financial management practices and professional development programs can
lead to better accountability and service quality, ultimately improving public trust and
organizational effectiveness.
