ANALISIS PENGARUH ROTASI KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DIVISI SOLO MURNI SECURITY PRINTING (SMS)

Abstrak

The contribution of employees in the company is very important. Poor employee work productivity will
have a bad impact on the company itself. Good work rotation and work environment as well as
appropriate workload can have a good influence on employee work productivity. This study aims to
determine the influence between work rotation, work environment and workload on employee work
productivity in the Solo Murni Security Printing Division (SMS). The number of samples used was 70
people with the sampling method used was saturated sampling (census). Data collection was obtained
through questionnaires. The analytical techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t
test and determination test. The result of this study is that partially work rotation, work environment and
workload have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. In addition, simultaneously work
rotation, work environment and workload have a positive and significant effect on work productivity.
