PENGARUH SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI , MOTIVASI KERJA , DAN PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PDU BPR BANK KARANGANYAR KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR

Abstrak

This study is to determine whether ther is an effect of accounting information systems on work motivation and internal control on employee performance conducted at PDU BPR Bank Karanganyar. The data analysis technique used in this stydy is descriptive. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observation and literature study. The total respondents of this study were 36 respondents. The data was processed using a multiple linear analysis model with the help of SPSS. From the resukts of the study, it can be seen that accounting information system , work motivation , and internal control have an effect on employee performance
