Abstrak

This study aims to determine the influence of spiritual leadership, work ethics and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT. Rosalia Indah Transport Surakarta either partially or simultaneously. The hypothesis in this study is that spiritual leadership, work ethics and work discipline have an influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. Rosalia Indah Transport Surakarta. This research is a survey research with quantitative research type. The data used in this study used primary data from respondents' answers to questionnaires. The study population was 220 people with a sample of 55 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study indicate that spiritually leadership, work ethics and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. Rosalia Indah Transport Surakarta either partially or simultaneously
