Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on the work productivity of employees at PT. Bali Fashion Clothing Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. The hypothesis in this study is that compensation, work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PT. Bali Fashion Clothing Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. This research is a survey research with a quantitative research type. The data used in this study uses primary data from the results of the respondents' questionnaire answers. The study population consisted of all employees at PT Bali Moda Busana Karanganyar as many as 334 people were sampled with a proportional sampling technique which took 25% of the total population so that the total sample in this study was 84 respondents. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that compensation, work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PT. Bali Fashion Clothing Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously
