Abstrak

This study aims to determine the influence of job training, incentives and
work environment on CVs. Karanganyar Regency Karanganyar Ratio of
Mulya, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative
research. The object of the research was CV. Ratio of Karunia Mulya in
the production section. The data collectionmethod uses a questionnaire.
Data measurements were made using a 5-point likert scale. The population
in this study is 102 respondents, so the research sample used is 60
respondents in the production section. The analysis techniques used were
research instrument test, hypothesis test, classical assumption test,
multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination (R2).
Based on the results of the study, it is known that job training has a positive
and significant effect on employee productivity, so H1 is accepted. The
provision of incentives has a positive and significant effect on employee
productivity, so H2 is accepted. Meanwhile, the work environment has a
positive and significant effect on employee productivity, so H3 is accepted.
Job training, incentives and work environment simultaneously or together
have a significant effect on employee productivity.
