This research was conducted to analyze the influence between the variables of Compensation and Work Environment on the Productivity of the Employees of the Solo Branch of the Indonesian Post Office. The sampling technique used is saturated or census sampling technique where the entire population of the Solo branch of the Indonesian Post Office as many as 45 people is used as a sample. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The research model uses descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques using multiple linear analysis. Data processing uses SPSS software version 18. The result shows that compensation has no significant effect on employee productivity, and the work environment has a significant effect on employee productivity. Overall, the compensation variable has no significant effect on employee productivity, while the work environment has a simultaneous effect on employee productivity
