Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, and on-time delivery on customer satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The population of Solo people, especially in Laweyan, Serengan, Jebres sub-districts who transact with PT Indomarco Adi Prima Solo, where 100 respondents were sampled. The data analysis technique used The analysis technique used is the research instrument test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis of the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction obtained a positive and significant value. the effect of timeliness of delivery also obtained positive results on customer satisfaction. These things show that service quality, and timeliness of delivery are significant and can increase customer satisfaction at Indomarco Adi Prima Solo
