Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of briefing, reward and work environment on employee productivity at PT Delta merlin dunia tekstil 2 karanganyar, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. The population of this study was 325 people where 76 people were sampled. The analysis techniques used are Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, F Test, t Test, Determination Coefficient Test. The results showed that partially the variables of briefing, reward and work environment had a significant effect on employee productivity. These three variables have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. These things indicate that there is a need to increase the provision of briefings, rewards, and the work environment to increase employee productivity
