This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile in Surakarta either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique is proportional cluster random sampling, namely sampling is done by paying attention to the proportion of each stratum, then sampling is done randomly. The population of this study were all employees of PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile in Surakarta. The sample used was 81 respondents. The analysis technique used is the research instrument test, classical assumption test, f test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. These results indicate that leadership style has an effect on the performance of employees of PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile in Surakarta, compensation has an effect on the performance of employees of PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile in Surakarta, motivation has an effect on the performance of employees of PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile in Surakarta, simultaneously leadership style, compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile in Surakarta
