Abstrak

In this study the authors have a goal to determine the effect of job satisfaction, communication and compensation on employee performance PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) Syariah Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. Hypothesis in this research are: Suspected job satisfaction, communication and compensation effect on employee performance of PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) Syariah Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. Data needed in this research is primary data obtained by questionnaire method from sample as much as 42 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that job satisfaction, communication and compensation affects the performance of employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) Syariah Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously
