PENGARUH GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES DAN RISIKO BISNIS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstrak

The research objective is to analyze the effect of growth opportunities and business risk on firm value. Companies have a long-term orientation to maintain their survival making value creation an important thing to achieve. In investment, the conceptual factors that investors consider are prospect and risk information which are the focus of the current study. This study used samples of property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was selected according to purposive sampling technique and the final sample was 29 companies. The observation period is 3 years from 2018-2020. In accordance with the research objectives, data analysis requires multiple linear regression methods. Based on data analysis, all hypotheses are supported. The results indicate that growth opportunities and business risk influence firm value. This study confirms that both investment concepts are important factors in the formation of firm value
