Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide empirical evidence of the influence
of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, and Work Environment on Employee
Performance at PT. Jaya Asri Garmindo in Karanganyar. This research was
conducted using a questionnaire to 100 respondents. Then performed an analysis of the
data obtainedin the form of qualitative and quantitative analysis, classical assumption
test, multiple linear regression,t test, F test and determination coefficient test (R2).
The results showed that partially organizational culture has an insignificant effect on
employee performance as indicated by a significance value of 0.007. Organizational
culture variables partially have a positive and significant effect on employee
performance as indicated by a significance value of 0.000. And work environment
variables partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
indicated by a significance value of 0.005. Simultaneously work organizational
culture, work discipline, and work environment have a positive and significant effect
on employee performance indicated by a significance F value of 0.000. The results of
the determination test (R ^ 2) show that the result is 0,785, which means that employee
performance can be explained by the organizational culture, work discipline, and
work environment variables by 78,5% while the remaining 21,5% is explained by
other variables that are not observed. Work discipline variable is the most dominant
variable of the three independent variables that affect employee performance at PT.
