Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, work environment and compensation
on employee performance at CV Surya Global in Surakarta, either partially or
simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique used
issampling fed up. The population of this research is all employees, totaling 43 people.
The analysis technique used is the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression
Test, F Test, t Test, Coefficient of Determination Test. The results showed that partially
the variables of motivation, work environment and compensation have a significant effect
on employee performance. These three variables have a positive and significant effect on
employee performance. These things indicate that it is necessary to increase the provision
of motivation, work environment and compensation to improve employee performance.
