Abstrak

In this study, the author aims to determine the effect of turnover, work conflict, and work environment on
employee performance in PT Agra Kencana Gita Cemerlang either partially or simultaneously. The data
used in this study is primarydata. Primary data obtained by the questionnaire method from a sample of 71
respondents. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and
coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis in thisstudy can be concluded that the
variables of turnover, work conflict, and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of
employees of PT Agra Kencana Gita Cemerlang. These three variables have a significant effect on
employee performance simultaneously.
