Abstrak

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of service quality, quality
product and price in customer satisfaction at Luphy Craft Klaten. The sampling technique
used was random sampling. The population of this research is Luphy Craft Klaten’s
customers, amounting to 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linier
regression. The results of this study based on the F test table can be seen that the
probability value in the sig column is 0,000; where this value is less than 0,05 indicating
that service quality partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Luphy
Craft Klaten, quality product partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at
Luphy Craft Klaten, price partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at
Luphy Craft Klaten. And service quality, quality product and price simultaneously have a
significant effect on customer satisfaction at Luphy Craft Klaten.
