Abstrak

Human resources have an important role in increasing the work productivity of the
organization. Employee performance is always a concern in efforts to increase
organizational productivity. Many factors can affect employee performance such as
leadership style, organizational culture and welfare. This study aims to determine the
effect of leadership style, organizational culture and welfare on the performance of
employees of the Karanganyar Regency Transportation Departement both partially and
simultaneously. The hypothesis in this study is that leadership style, organizational
culture and welfare influence the performance of employees of the Karanganyar Regency
Transportation Departement both partially and simultaneously. This research is a survey
research with a quantitative research type. The data used in this study uses primary data
from the results of the respondents' questionnaire answers. The research population was
all employees with State Civil Apparatus status at the Karanganyar Regency
Transportation Departement totaling 60 people with samples taken by census technique
so that the total sample in this study was 60 respondents. The analysis technique used is
multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and test the coefficient of determination. The
results of the study draw the conclusion that leadership style, organizational culture and
welfare have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Karanganyar
Regency Transportation Departement both partially and simultaneously.
