Abstrak

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, workload and
burnout on the performance of South Cilacap I Community Health Center employees,
both partially and simultaneously. The hypothesis in this research is: It is suspected that
the work environment, workload and burnout influence the performance of employees at
the South Cilacap I Community Health Center, both partially and simultaneously. This
research is a type of quantitative research, the data needed in this research is primary
data from answers to questionnaires distributed to respondents. The number of samples
in this study was 57 respondents. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive
analysis, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test.
The results of data analysis in this research can be concluded that the work environment,
workload and burnout have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the
South Cilacap I Community Health Center, both partially and simultaneously.
