Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and work
stress on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bali Fashion Clothing Karanganyar either
partially or simultaneously. The hypothesis in this study is that compensation, work
environment and work stress have an effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bali
Fashion Clothing Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. This research is a
survey research with a quantitative research type. The data used in this study uses primary
data from the results of the respondents' questionnaire answers. The study population
consisted of all employees at PT Bali Moda Busana Karanganyar as many as 334 people
with a sample taken using a proportional sampling technique of 25% of the population so
that the total sample in this study was 84 respondents. The analysis technique used is
multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and test the coefficient of determination. The
results of the study draw the conclusion that compensation and work environment have a
positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bali Moda Clothing
Karanganyar, while work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction of
employees of PT. Bali Fashion Clothing Karanganyar. Besides that, compensation, work
environment and work stress have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at
PT. Bali Fashion Clothing Karanganyar simultaneously
