Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, career development and job
satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Dinamika Energy Indonesia, Sragen
Regency, both simultaneously and partially. This a quantitative research. The sampling
technique used was saturated sampling using the entire population of 77 employees. The
analysis technique used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption analysis, multiple
linear regression analysis, F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The
results of the study show that the variables of compensation, career development, and job
satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. From the
results of the partial test variables compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and
significant effect on employee performance. Career development variable has effect
positive and no significant on employee performance. These things indicate that the
higher the compensation and job satisfaction obtained by employees will improve
employee performance.
