Abstrak

This thesis aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, education, and work stres on the
performance of employees in a company. The research was conducted using a survey method and collecting
data through questionnaires distributed to employees who work in the company. The results showed that
there was a significant negative effect between work discipline and employee performance. Education has
a significant positive effect on employee performance. Employees who have a higher level of education
have a tendency to show better performance compared to employees who have lower education. Work stres
has a significant negative effect on employee performance. Employees who experience high levels of work
stres tend to show lower performance. This research makes an important contribution in the understanding
of the factors that influence employee performance in the work environment. The results are expected to
be used by companies to develop management strategies that are more effective in improving employee
performance, in terms of increasing appropriate education and training
