In this study, the author aims to determine the influence of leadership style,
motivation, and work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Sragen Main
Seed Saprotan. Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3),
Employee Performance (Y). This research is a quantitative case study. Primary
data obtained by the questionnaire method from a sample of 45 respondents. The
analytical techniques used are multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests, and
coefficient of determination tests. The analytical techniques used are multiple linear

study show that leadership style, motivation, and work discipline have a significant
effect on the performance of PT. Saprotan Main Seed Sragen both initially and
simultaneously
