Abstrak

The research aimed to determine the effect of organizational culture, work stress, and
leadership style on employee turnover intention at PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik
Karanganyar, partially or simultaneously. The study was quantitative research. The
sampling technique used saturated sampling. The population was all logistics employees
of PT Wahana Prestasi of Karanganyar Regency. The sample employed 82 respondents.
The analysis technique utilized the research instrument test, the classical assumption test,
the f-test, the t-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study
presented that organizational culture affected employee turnover intention at PT Wahana
Prestasi Logistik of Karanganyar Regency, work stress influenced employees turnover
intention at PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik of Karanganyar Regency, leadership style
impacted employee turnover intention at PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik of Karanganyar
Regency. Simultaneously, organizational culture, work stress, and leadership style
affected employee turnover intention at PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik of Karanganyar
Regency
