Abstrak

Management Study Programme, Faculty of Economics, Surakarta University This
study aims to determine the effect of knowledge management, workload and work
environment on employee performance in employees of PT Ifars Pharmaceutical
Laboratories Kebakramat, Karanganyar, both partially and simultaneously. This research
is quantitative research. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The population of
this study were all employees of PT Ifars Pharmaceutical Laboratories Kebakramat,
Karanganyar. The sample used was 70 respondents. The analysis technique used is the
research instrument test, classical assumption test, f test, t test, and the coefficient of
determination. These results show that knowledge management affects employee
performance in employees of PT Ifars Pharmaceutical Laboratories Kebakkramat,
Karanganyar, workload affects employee performance in employees of PT Ifars
Pharmaceutical Laboratories Kebakramat, Karanganyar, work environment affects
employee performance in employees of PT Ifars Pharmaceutical Laboratories
Kebakkramat, Karanganyar. simultaneously knowledge management, workload and work
environment affect employee performance in employees of PT Ifars Pharmaceutical
