Abstrak

This study aims to determine the influence of communication and work discipline on employee performance in Trucuk Village, Trucuk District, Klaten Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The hypothesis in this study assumes that communication has no effect on employee performance, while work discipline has an effect on employee performance in Trucuk Village, Trucuk District, Klaten Regency. This research is a quantitative case study involving 50 residents of Trucuk Village, and a sample of 50 respondents was taken for this study. The analytical techniques used were multiple linear regression, F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that communication has no effect on employee performance, while work discipline has an effect on employee performance in Trucuk Village, Trucuk District, Klaten Regency, both partially and simultaneously
