Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty at Jheee Perfume
Refill Stores in Wonogiri, either partially or simultaneously. This researcch is a quantitative research. The
sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The population of this research is Jheee Perfume Refill
customers in Wonogiri amounting to 100 respondents. The analysis technique used used is multiple linier
regression analysis. The research results based on the F test table can be seen that the probability value
in the sig column is 0,000; where this value is less than 0,05, showed that service quality partially had a
significant effect on customer loyalty at Jheee Perfume Refill Stores in Wonogiri, price partially had a
significant effect on customer loyalty ah Jheee Perfume Refill Stores in Wonogiri, and service quality and
price simultaneously had a significant effect on customer loyalty at Jheee Perfume Refill Store in Wonogiri
