This research aims to prove the influence of leadership, discipline and motivation on employee performance at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosegoro, Boyolali Regency. The population in this study was 42 people, and the sample was 40 people. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation techniques. Data sources were obtained through primary data and secondary data. The research results prove that leadership has a positive and significant influence on performance where tcount (6.231) is greater than ttable (2.021) with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance where tcount (4.034) is greater than ttable (2.021) with a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Motivation has a positive and significant influence on performance where tcount (3.865) is greater than ttable (2.021) with p-value 0.000<0.05. Leadership, discipline and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on performance because Fcount (173,734) is greater than Ftable (2.840) with a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Leadership has a more dominant influence on performance than discipline and motivation, because the leadership regression coefficient value (0.379) is greater than the discipline regression coefficient value (0.322) and the motivation regression coefficient value (0.312). Leadership, discipline and motivation contribute to performance by 93.00% while the remaining 7.00% is influenced by other variables outside research such as; work morale, organizational climate, work environment and so on
