In this research, the writer's aim is to find out the effect of leadership, work environment and compensation on employee performance in PERUMDA drinking water Tirto Negoro Sragen either partially or simultaneously. Leadership (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Compensation (X3) on employee performance (Y). This research is a quantitative research. Primary data obtained from Questionnaire (Questionnaire). The population of this study were 85 employees at the PERUMDA drinking water Tirto Negoro Sragen. The number of samples in this study were 85 respondents. The analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Test, F test, T test and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study can be concluded that leadership, work environment and compensation have a significant positive effect on employee performance in PERUMDA drinking water Tirto Negoro Sragen, either partially or simultaneously
