Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work environment on turnover intention employees at PT. Karanganyar Indo Auto Systems both partially and simultaneously. This study used quantitative method and data collection technique through observation, interview and questionnaire distribution. Population of this study are employees at PT. Karanganyar Indo Auto Systems of  Quallity Assurance departement. Sampling technique used is simple random sampling with 70 employees as respondents determined by slovin formula. Data analysis used multiple linier regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistic 22 test tool. Research results show that partially work stress has a significant positive effect on turvover intention, partially work environment has a significant positive effect on turvover intention, simultaneously work stress and work environment have a significant positive effect on turvover intention
