This study aims to determine the effect of salary deduction fines and employee job satisfaction on employee productivity in di PT. Dunia Setia Sandang Asli Tekstil I Karanganyar. This research consists of one dependent variable and two independent variables. The independent variables in this study were salary deduction fine and job satisfaction. The dependent variable in this study is employee productivity. The sample used is 100 respondents by collecting data through questionnaires.the data analysis used in this research is multiple regression test, F test, t test, coefficient of determination test,and classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that salary deduction fines and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee productivity. This fact is useful for the PT. Dunia Setia Sandang Asli Tekstil I to increase employee productivity, so companies must consider the factors of giving salary deduction penalties and employee job satisfaction together.
