Abstrak

This study aims to investigate the influence of work ability, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at BMT Atunnisa Karanganyar. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with 40 respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that based on the first study, the results obtained include that work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. Based on the second study, the results obtained include that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. Based on the third study, the results obtained include that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially.Based on the results of the test of the influence of Work Ability, Work Discipline and Work Motivation simultaneously, it shows that there is a significant influence of the independent variables simultaneously on the dependent variable. In other words, work ability, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance
