PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN REWARD TERHADAP TURNOVER KARYAWAN DI TOKO ROTI LAPIS AREN SOLO

This study aims to determine the influence of workload and reward on employee turnover at Toko Roti Lapis Aren Solo. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach and multiple linear regression analysis, processed using SPSS version 23. Data were collected from 50 respondents. The results show that partially, workload has a significant effect on employee turnover with a t-value of 4.671 and a significance value of 0.000. Reward also has a significant effect with a t-value of 2.334 and a significance value of 0.024. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect turnover, as indicated by the F-value of 49.473 and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.678, meaning that 67.8% of the variation in employee turnover can be explained by workload and reward, while the remaining 32.2% is influenced by other factors outside the study. Therefore, it is recommended that management pays close attention to workload and reward systems to help reduce employee turnover
