Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, safety, and remuneration on employee productivity at PT. Bettindo Bintang Perkasa. This research is a quantitative case study. It consists of one dependent variable and three independent variables. The dependent variable is employee productivity. The independent variables are work discipline, safety, and remuneration. The sample size for this study was 45 employees. Data analysis techniques used were hypothesis testing, F-tests, t-tests, and normality tests. The results indicate that work discipline significantly influences employee productivity, work safety significantly influences employee productivity, and remuneration significantly influences employee productivity. All three variables simultaneously significantly influence employee productivity at PT. Bettindo Bintang Perkasa. The influence of work discipline, safety, and remuneration on employee performance at PT. Bettindo Bintang Perkasa is 51%.
