The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence decisions related to
employee performance through the influence of work attitudes, ethics and career planning at
the Cooperatives, Small Businesses, Transmigration, Energy and Mineral Resources Office of
Karanganyar Regency. This study is a quantitative study and uses primary data. The
population of this study were employees at the Cooperatives, Small Businesses,
Transmigration, Energy and Mineral Resources Office of Karanganyar Regency totaling 52
people. The number of respondents used was all employees totaling 52 respondents with data
collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of questionnaires distributed to
respondents. The data analysis technique for this study is descriptive analysis and multiple
regression analysis using SPSS version 2.5, the results of this study indicate that the variables
of work attitude, work ethics and career planning have a positive and significant effect on
performance
