Abstrak

This study analyzes the effect of Human Resource Quality and Work Professionalism on employee performance at the Regional Financial Agency of Karanganyar Regency. Using a descriptive method, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing, the research involved 66 respondents selected through saturated sampling. The independent variables are Human Resource Quality and Work Professionalism, while employee performance is the dependent variable. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25.0. The results show that both Human Resource Quality (significance = 0.004) and Work Professionalism (significance = 0.000) have positive and significant effects on employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables also significantly influence performance (significance = 0.000). These findings indicate the importance of competent and professional employees in improving organizational outcomes. However, the study also found issues such as inadequate training and low initiative among some staff. Therefore, the study recommends implementing regular training, enhancing technical competencies, promoting a professional culture, and conducting ongoing performance evaluations.
