PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, KOMUNIKASI, KERJASAMA TIM TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN SRAGEN

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, communication, teamwork on employee performance at the Sragen Population and Civil Registration Service. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 50 respondents from employees at the Sragen Population and Civil Registration Service. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, T Test, F Test, Determination Test (R2) to test the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The results of this study indicate that partially the three independent variables (work environment, communication, teamwork) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (employee performance). While simultaneously the three independent variables (work environment, communication, teamwork) together affect the dependent variable (employee performance).
