Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of burnout workload on employees of the Karanganyar Regency regional secretary's office. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, with the population in this study the number of civil servants within the regional secretary of Karanganyar district totaling 118 people. With a saturated sampling technique where the entire population used for this research sample was 118 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using, research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, coefficient of determination test. Several analytical results show that workload, work stress and social support in the financial and non-financial sectors are able to consistently increase employee burnout and have a significant impact on employee fatigue within the regional secretary of Karanganyar district
