PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi Kasus Pada Dinas Pertanian dan Perikanan Kabupaten Sukoharjo)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and motivation on performance at the Sukoharjo Regency Agriculture and Fisheries Office.The research hypothesis is that leadership and motivation influence performance at the Sukoharjo Regency Agriculture and Fisheries Office, both partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study was all employees of the Sukoharjo Regency Agriculture and Fisheries Office. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and secondary data from literature studies. The method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis results show that F count > F table, with 76.947 > 3.10. This indicates that leadership and motivation together significantly influence employee performance at the Sukoharjo Regency Agriculture and Fisheries Service. The coefficient of determination is 0.639, with an adjusted R square of 0.639. This means that employee performance is influenced by leadership and motivation by 63.9%, with the remainder influenced by factors outside the study
