PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI PONPES MODERN AL AMIN PALUR KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance at the Islamic Boarding School Al Amin Palur, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, both partially and simultaneously. This is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample by taking primary data and secondary data provided by the company. The population of this study was 62 employees, and all the teacher population was taken as a sample. The analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the t-test variable leadership on employee performance (t count (1.137) < t table (1.671) and the resulting significant value of 0.260, which is greater than 0.05, indicate that leadership partially does not affect teacher performance. The results of the t test variable work motivation on employee performance (t count of 3.705) > from the t table (1.671), and the resulting significant value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05, indicate that work motivation has a partially positive effect on teacher performance. The results of the t-test variable work discipline on teacher performance (t count (4.867) > from t table (1.671) and the resulting significant value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05, indicate that work discipline has a partially positive effect on teacher performance. The results of the F test with a calculated F value (43.975) > F table (2.764) and a significant value of 0.000, and this value is much smaller than α (0.05), indicate that there is a simultaneous influence between leadership, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance at Modern Islamic Boarding School Al Amin Palur, Sukoharjo Regency, in 2023. The R-Square value of 0.695 explains that 69.5% of the variables of leadership, work motivation, and work discipline affect teacher performance variables, and 30.5% are influenced by variables not examined. These things show that the greater the influence of work discipline, the better in giving attention to work regulations and paying attention to work motivation, the higher the level of order and teacher performance.
