The job of security teams is very important because they help keep things safe and ensure that everything runs smoothly in a company. This research seeks to examine how motivation, leadership approach, and workplace atmosphere impact the effectiveness of security personnel at PT Gada Indo Tama stationed at Sebelas Maret University in Surakarta. The study used a quantitative method called multiple linear regression. The results show that each of the three factors motivation, leadership style, and work environment positively and strongly impact how well security staff perform. Each factor had a t-value of 3.679, 2.762, and 4.529, which are all higher than the t-value of 2.013 found in statistical tables. Together, these three factors also have a strong combined effect on security guard performance, as shown by an f-value of 36.668, which is much higher than the f-table value of 2.80 and has a very low significance level of 0.0001. These results affirm that enhancing motivation, adopting appropriate leadership styles, and fostering a supportive workplace can greatly enhance the performance of security personnel. Subsequently, companies are exhorted to proceed to create these three prespectives in arrange to optimize the execution of security units.
