Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline
on employee performance at Convection Makmur Lestari in Baki Kabupaten Sukoharjo.
The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study is employees at
Convection Makmur Lestari Baki Kabupaten Sukoharjo with a total of 300 people. The
sample measurement technique uses the slovin formula with a margin of error of 5% so
that the number of samples used is 75 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple
random sampling. The data retrieval technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis
using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23 application. The results of the
study show that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of job
satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance partially or simultaneousyl
