In this study the authors have a goal to determine the effect of recruitment, employee placement and compensationat on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Surakarta Branch either partially or simultaneously. Hypothesis in this research are: It is expected that effect of recruitment, employee placement and compensationat have effect on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Surakarta Branch either partially or simultaneously either partially or simultaneously. The data needed in this study is the primary data obtained from the questionnaires distributed to the respondents. Sample in this study as many as 50 respondent. Analytical techniques used in this study using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and test coefficient of determination. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that effect of recruitment, employee placement and compensationat have significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Surakarta Branch either partially or simultaneously either partially or simultaneously.
