KEMAMPUAN TATA KELOLA MEMEDIASI PENGARUH FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE DAN STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstrak

This research aims to determine governance mediates the effect of financial performance and capital
structure on firm value. The research method used is quantitative method using secondary data. The sample
in this study amounted to 10 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data
collection method used in this research is documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research
is multiple linear regression and sobel test. The t test results show that financial performance and capital
structure have a significant effect on corporate governance. Financial performance, capital structure, and
corporate governance have a significant effect on firm value. The results of the R square test model 1 show
that corporate governance can be explained by financial performance and capital structure by 98.31%.
Model 2 shows that firm value can be explained by financial performance, capital structure and corporate
governance by 91.02%. Sobel test result 1 shows that corporate governance is not able to mediate the effect
of financial performance on firm value. Sobel 2 test results show that corporate governance is able to
mediate the effect of capital structure on firm value.
