PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI ANTARA ORANG TUA DAN ANAK TERHADAP PERILAKU ANAK-ANAK USIA DIBAWAH 15 TAHUN KECANDUAN GAME ONLINE DI DESA TANJUNGAN KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

Abstrak

This research uses quantitative descriptive research with a correlational approach. The
population in this study were children under 15 years old in Tanjungan Village, totaling
80 people. So the sample range that can be taken is from the Slovin technique. The total
population in this study was 80 people, so the percentage of allowances used was 10% and
the results of this calculation there were 44 people. Data was collected using
questionnaires and interviews.
The results of data analysis show that parent and child communication is at a fairly good
level. This can be seen from the percentage of results obtained by respondents of 41%,
which shows that the majority of respondents considered communication with their parents
to be very good. This research shows that the results of the t test in the research show a
significance value of the t test for the parent and child communication variable of 0.782.
With good communication, parents can be more effective in directing and supervising their
children's behavior, thereby reducing the risk of online game addiction. It can be concluded
that increasing communication between parents and children is very important in efforts to
reduce online game addiction behavior.
